Original Paintings

Original paintings are carefully packaged and shipped by the artist. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. All originals are shipped with insurance and tracking. Delivery times vary by destination.

Prints & Cards

Limited edition prints and greeting cards are produced and shipped worldwide by our print-on-demand partner. Orders typically take 3–5 business days for production plus transit time, which varies by location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Returns — Original Paintings

Original paintings may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the artwork is in its original, undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To initiate a return, please contact us at artist@mbarou.net before shipping the item back.

Returns — Prints & Cards

Because prints and cards are made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives with a defect or damage, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at artist@mbarou.net with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
