We make every effort to display our artwork as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly between your screen and the physical piece due to differences in monitor settings and printing processes. Product dimensions and edition sizes are listed on each artwork page.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping costs or applicable customs duties, which are calculated at checkout or upon delivery. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this site are the intellectual property of MBarou Camara Ba and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing an artwork grants you the right to display the physical piece for personal use. It does not transfer reproduction rights. No artwork may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent from the artist.

Limited Editions

Limited edition prints are produced in the quantities stated on each artwork page. Edition sizes will not be increased once a print is listed. Each print is produced to the highest quality standards by our print partner.

Limitation of Liability

MBarou Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact us at artist@mbarou.net to resolve any issues before pursuing formal proceedings.
